Our process is simple and can be generally described in the following steps:


  1. Initial conversation or face-to-face meeting with the client to discuss needs and objectives.
  2. Analysis of preliminary information to assess the current financial position and to determine a course of action to meet the client’s needs and objectives.
  3. Review of preliminary information and issuance of term sheet outlining the financing parameters – typically 24 to 48 hours.
  4. Completion and submission of loan package.
  5. Issuance of commitment letter – typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
  6. Upon acceptance of the commitment, we order third party reports and gather the information necessary to close and fund the loan.

All loan packaging is done internally.  We work directly with the client to complete any necessary applications and assemble the required documentation.  Capstone Capital handles most interaction with the lender and third party service providers so that the client can focus on operating his/her business! It is our job to insure that the financing objectives are met and that the loan closes quickly and smoothly.
