J. Kevin Riffey – Managing Member

Kevin has 12 years experience in commercial real estate finance and business lending.  He is formally trained in commercial lending and underwriting at a large southeast regional bank.  Over the last 12 years he has worked closely with borrowers to deliver creative solutions to their commercial real estate loan requests. He has developed a vast network of industry professionals including banks, non-bank lenders, commercial real estate brokers and financial advisors.

Kevin earned a B.S. in accounting from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, AL, and an M.B.A. with concentration in corporate strategy and marketing from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, AL.  He also holds a Florida Mortgage Brokers license.
